I am a licensed marriage family therapist in California. I meet with clients via Telehealth.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in both California (52806) and Oregon (T2618). I see clients via Telehealth. I am cash pay and I am also on the platforms Rula, Grow and Headway. I can provide a super bill if you'd like to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
I am trained in DBT, CBT, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and EMDR to name just a few modalities. I am trained as a Gottman Method therapist, level I and II.
I work with preteens on up and serve individuals and couples. I am an ally to LGBTQ+.
I believe that we all have innate worth and value and that it is possible to create a life worth living.
A few of my specialties are working with clients who've experienced trauma, couples work, personality disorders and high conflict divorce.
